CurrentPSI is a global health organization dedicated to improving health in developing countries by addressing critical challenges such as family planning, HIV/AIDS, maternal health, and threats to children under five, including malaria, diarrhea, pneumonia and malnutrition.Key Accomplishments in Program and Project Management:• Point of Sales System Implementation: Designed/deployed a POS system for 200+ salespeople and medical detailers across India, Uganda, Malawi, Kenya, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Cameroon, Nigeria, and Benin.• Mobile Device Management Rollout: Implemented an MDM solution for 2,500+ community health workers in 10+ countries, enhancing efficiency and data security.• Global GDPR Compliance: Led PSI's compliance efforts, including risk mitigation, policy updates and system changes.• eSignature Migration: Identified and transitioned to optimal provider, achieving $60K+ in annual savings.• Leadership Development: Facilitated PSI’s Great Manager’s Program for ~30 staff, strengthening leadership organization-wide.• OLAP System Development: Directed the rollout of OLAP systems for Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Health Impact reporting. • International Aid Transparency Initiative: Designed and implemented a system to publish ERP data, making PSI the first US-based NGO to meet IATI standards.• Mali Lawson ERP Implementation: Implemented Supply Chain modules for Mali teams with comprehensive training for seamless adoption.• Field Finance Integrator (FFI) Deployment: Managed the rollout of FFI across 46 platforms, integrating QuickBooks data with Lawson ERP and managing change efforts.• Salesforce Selection for Communications and Fundraising: Led the RFP process, resulting in Salesforce’s adoption as the platform for moves management, marketing, and prospecting. • QuickBooks Enterprise (QBE) Deployment: Successfully deployed QBE across 26 platforms, collaborating with Finance and country IT teams to ensure effective implementation.
