I am responsible for overseeing the creative ideation of campaigns, strategies and execution of all online and offline materials with a strong focus in insuring meaningful growth for Rukita.With a degree in Design and Visual Communications from Universitas Pelita Harapan, I have a strong background in design principles, tools, and techniques. and my experience in working for two multinational creative agencies also increased my keen interest in behavior analysis, which helps me to conceptualize creative approaches that resonate with the target audience and drive the desired outcomes. Some of my recent achievements include winning a Gold Online Film Category award for a viral campaign that raised awareness, and engagement also launched a refined brand identity for LinkAja that increased user retention and loyalty by 25%.
