Ran experiments optimizing repeatability of precise magnetic field measurements.Conditioned electrodes to improve ability to sustain high electric fields.Altered and upgraded a magnetically shielded environment and a high-vacuum/high-voltage system.Installed and troubleshot electronic equipment involved in running the high-voltage system.Designed and built a mobile cleanroom (Class 100/ISO 5), and created an operating procedure for running the cleanroom.Co-authored publication on electrode conditioning.

I worked at many schools around the Lansing area (esp. Grand Ledge High School, Math department and Meadowview School, for children with developmental disabilities) as a substitute for permanent teachers. I did have one long term job at Grand Ledge High School in their Psychology department for a trimester from November 2012 until February 2013.

Main duties included mowing lawns weekly, trimming, edging, spreading fertilizer, interacting with clients, finding new clients, and anything other little jobs the clients may have needed.

Jobs included working the cash register, baking pretzels and rolls, working in the dish room, working in the short order kitchen, pouring beer, collecting used glasses from the tables of the beer garden, changing beer kegs in the walk in refrigerator, and fetching any food or glasses from the main restaurant for the kitchen or pourers.

Freiburg, Germany

Responsibilities included attending English courses taught to German high school students, preparing new teaching material on pronunciation, film analysis, and job application training, and teach those courses to 7th, 10th, and 11th grade classes, respectively.

I mainly worked at the Michigan State Police Academy, but also at the Michigan State Treasury Building and Secretary of State buildings on their secondary campus in Lansing. My job was to keep the building secure during work hours by checking ID's and making sure people were allowed to enter the building. I also worked at Cooley Law School Stadium, where the Lansing Lugnuts' minor league baseball team plays. There, my job was to keep people safe and make sure no one was drinking underage.
