Allan Drazen has forty years of real estate experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, conventional mortgage lending, private-money bridge lending, management of real estate investment funds, auctioning of real estate assets, and the management of diversified asset portfolios.Drazen pioneered the creation of an online auction platform for the competitive bidding and sale of distressed residential real estate in the U.S.Drazen also created a first priority deed of trust bridge lending company that focused primarily on funding short term bridge loans to professional real estate investors, who purchased their properties on an all-cash basis and utilized Drazen’s company to replenish a sizeable percentage of their cash through a refinance. Thousands of loans were funded without any loan defaults. Drazen sold his interests in these companies and has been pioneering the creation of Real Estate Asset Marketplace (RAM).Our lending affiliate, Real Estate Lending Services (RLS) arranges purchase-money bridge financing to those who are successful buyers of properties that are acquired through our online sales platform, who are seeking the use of leverage.Drazen was also the owner of a loan origination company that originated conventional residential loans on a large-scale. That company was comprised of 65 loan officers, 7 loan processors, an in-house escrow company, and, over its 17 years, it originated billions of dollars in loan volume.Drazen received his bachelor’s degree from Adelphi University and his master’s degree in business (MBA) from the Baruch College of the City University of New York.Drazen is married for over 50 years, has one child, and two grandchildren. He has been a sectionally and nationally ranked tennis player for many years with rankings as high as number 1 in Southern California and top 10 in the U.S.
