(Budgeting, forecasting, and tracking against actuals) ZAR130 million annually • Responsible for carrying out the Company Headcount and Staff Cost of MTN South Africa, with a total staff body of 4000 and a budgeted cost of ZAR3billion• Operates as the process owner of business planning for company headcount and staff cost, such as budgeting, forecasting cycles, and continuous tracking and support. • Coordinates all HR Team building initiatives and monthly town halls.• Manages the Data Team and connected portfolio, which is responsible for all data integrity checks of staff records, as well as updates and changes. Other responsibilities include building organizational structures within the Oracle system, gathering and analyzing staff data reports (such as hiring data, resignations, employment equity statistics, and movements) -
