Responsible for all aspects of primary and secondary market research in support of major pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, healthcare nutrition and animal health firms, including: collaborating with multiple stakeholders on research design and objective setting, analysis, managing and facilitating insight generation processes, creation of customized reports and communication development.Specific responsibilities include:· Act as the subject matter expert relating to market research, oversee brand-aligned projects and initiatives including market access topics within key markets. Extensive cross-functional work and partnering with marketing, medical affairs, clinical development and market access teams.· Drive projects in support of brand planning, collaborating with team members on research design, objective setting and hypothesis generation; synthesizing research findings and driving to new insights based on voice of customer/market information.· Provide analytical support for clients, working collaboratively to determine analytical needs, and executing on ad-hoc requests using existing primary and secondary data sources.· Create and manage forward looking market research agendas that address critical brand and franchise/portfolio intelligence and insight gaps.· Configure, deploy and organize training on cloud-based informatics platforms to continually keep research current and provide enduring access for stakeholders.· Manage multiple projects independently, utilizing project management tools and reporting processes.· Balance competing needs across stakeholders and manage expectations throughout project execution.
