As an Executive Assistant, I assist the President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board, the Board of Directors, and other executives as needed, to anticipate needs and fulfill requests. Every day there is something new! I prepare files, book travel and lodging for conferences, preserve company records, ensure compliance requirements are met, plan meetings, develop reports, act as a chief organizer, coordinate support to the board of directors, answer and resolve customer inquiries, and much more. My official job description includes the following: preparing agendas for board and committee meetings, preparing board packets, attending meetings, and recording meeting minutes. I assist in preparing tables for SEC proxy and work with the Nonqualified Benefit Plans for the board of directors and officers. Additionally, I have compensation package duties which includes calculating pay adjustments, bonuses, Christmas gifts, and incentives. On my initiative, I researched and established a culture team to bring recognition and satisfaction to our employee base. I lead a team of nine members, creating action plans and acting on strategies. I enjoy being an executive assistant, as it allows me to help guide the company's strategic direction. I've had the privilege of learning to manage schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings and events, conduct research and prepare reports, handle confidential information, and communicate effectively.

I was given the privilege to have many titles: Assistant Leader, Store Leader, Star Training Manager, and District Leader. I developed my team to achieve company standards by roleplaying and executing action plans. I planned, pitched, and executed company directives, all while creating a fun, friendly, and focused working environment.
