Provide installation, configuration, maintenance, and repairs according to customer’s specifications on IT hardware including:o POS – Wincor Nixdorf, IBM, and NCR systemso PC- Dell, Lenovo, & HPo Printers- Lexmark, IBM\Toshiba, Wincor Dixdorf, Epsono Wireless Networks- Symbol & Cisco Meraki Routers and Access Pointso Servers- Dell, IBM\Toshiba, & Lenovoo Network- Cisco, Palo Alto, and Viptelao Portable data terminals- Zebra, Symbol, Hypercom, VerifonePerform local and remote troubleshooting and imaging for devices in Windows environment along with remote diagnostics using Ivanti Management Console.Manage network devices using console (Hyperterminal, Putty) by installing the latest firmware and configurations. Also use remote utility, such as, WebEx to assist in troubleshooting network devices.Regularly maintain and track inventory to ensure on time service. Collaborate with training team and customer to ensure latest setup and support procedures are effective.
