Project Involvement:- Act as a Business Analyst and Project Team member in CX projects.- Use data insights to improve operational efficiency and/or customer satisfaction by addressing process inefficiencies and frequent complaints.

That's how we make good food accessible to more people.At Crisp I'm challenged on a daily basis to find improvements that benefit our customers experience. These projects often get me in touch with colleagues from other departments. These cross departmental collaborations are a joy to work on from my part. Next to projects, I also spend time on the operational side of our customer service department. These customer interactions serve as inspiration for new project proposals and keep the customers needs top of mind during the rest of the week.

Traditionally, Vlerick’s master in general management ends with an 8-week consultancy project. Miele Belgium decided to give us the opportunity to collaborate with them.Our project entailed a rejuvenation campaign for the Belgian market. The project entailed getting to know the company and its strategy. Next, a research phase followed in which the target group was studied using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. The project was finalized by constructing 5 concrete recommendations which should help Miele leverage its current strengths to gain market share within the target group by tapping into their specific customer needs.
