Ik sta Trefpunt bij met de algemene productie van de jaarwerking en de Gentse Feesten op het Walter De Buckplein en Baudelohof

Advies omtrent organisatie van bezoekersstromen en veiliger maken van uw evenement door middel van inzet van ervaren hosts en hostessen.

Als vennoot van de coöperatieve JAAGBAAR gaan we samen verschillende soorten projecten aan. Dit kan gaan van het ontwerpen en bouwen van interieurs, over communicatieopdrachten en grafische ontwerpen tot het logistiek en productioneel ondersteunen van evenementen.Ikzelf ben binnen JAAGBAAR de persoon die je mag aanspreken voor de organisatie en ondersteuning van evenementen. Dit kan gaan van het zoeken van de juiste leveranciers, productionele oplossingen als coördinatie van medewerkers en vrijwilligers.

As a workgroup for youth we try to get organised and unorganised youth movements together in the village of Drongen. We organise debate nights in wich the youth of Drongen can express there opinion on developements going on in the village and be able to adrees them to the city counsil. We also organise small events for the youth in the village.

As the chairman of Gouw Gent I support al volunteers working in this organization. We organize activities and meetings to be the link between the volunteers and the management of Scouts & Gidsen Vlaanderen.

As a district commisionair I support groupleaders of 8 scouting groups nearby Ghent. Together with my colleagues I plan meetings and lead them giving information and solving problems. I represent the opinions of those group leaders in other meetings.

As a team coach I am responsible for a part of the assemly of cabines for Volvo FH and FM. I have the daily operational lead, organise and co-ordinate the activities within my zone to get the right results.In the mean time I coach my team of 40 operators and try to get a good working climate to get better results.

As a team coach I am responsible for a part of the assemly for smaller trucks at Volvo Europa Truck, making the models FE and FL. I have the daily operational lead, organise and co-ordinate the activities within my zone to get the right results.In the mean time I coach my team of 35 operators and try to get a good working climate to get better results.During the first year I also got responsibility over different project about lean manufactoring, new products and training of operators.

Group leader in the local scouts movement of Drongen, near Ghent over a team of more then 30 people.In this function I am responsible for the daily operations of the group, preparing and leading meetings and solving problems in short term.Next to that I am also a chairman in the board of the scouts movement, thinking of subjects in the long term.As a group leader I also hove contacts with stakeholders who could affect the state of our group.

As leader of groups of childer of many ages, from 8 years old untill 18 years old. Every week on saturday planning activities and three times per year a camp of several days.

I had contact with clients who needed to pay their debts and also did some prospecting on the suppliers.

Working in the news centre and on internal communication with a focus on social media.
