As well Defibrion offers service and maintenance concepts around AED's and other safety products in the Benelux. Direct responsibility for the departments Business Development, Service & Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics, Finance, HR and Office management. Strong dotted line to the Sales operations. As part of the Management Team involved in the strategic planning of the company and executing the Buy & Build strategy of Defibrion.

This unit produces TENA Lady incontinence towels and Libresse sanitary towels on 10 production lines and employs around 150 people. Responsible for manufacturing results, operational excellence and improving organizational efficiency/productivity.
