Hete Peper is the most creative event caterer in Amsterdam. We organise extraordinary events for companies at many different (beautiful) locations and serve the most outstanding dishes. We are working with a team of creative individuals and think in solutions, not in restrictions. My role is to make sure all aspects of logistics are covered and that there are no hick ups pre event and post event.Day to day activities involve:- Set up a planning for transport- Make sure all materials are at the right spot at the right time- Manage the logistic colleagues - Contact and arrangements with suppliers- Make sure that everything comes together when needed- Report to management on a weekly basis- Being flexible and think of solutions and solve them when problems occurSome venues we organise complex events:Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Sugar City, Westergas fabriek, Passenger Terminal, Felix Meritis, etc.

CO-OwnerIn 10 years Eetlicht grew from a small little shop to a big business caterer which fed almost 1000 people on a daily base.We specialised in light food at the office and had a big production kitchen, several kitchens and teams on location and a takeaway shop.Our mission was to make sure that all of us and all off our clients had a happy and energizing day. This was reflected in healthy and tasty food, presented in an appealing way by nice people on location. It really put a smile on everyone’s face!I explored all aspects of entrepreneurship.
