Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead the local Human Resources team ensuring best practices across the board• Direct all concession hiring practices and organizational changes ensuring they are in line with our corporate structure and follow our strategic goals• Oversee the concessions’ s blue collar recruitment strategy to attract, identity and hire top talent• Delivers guidance to leadership on Human Resource related compliance issues • Supervise monthly HR Metrics data reporting, validate the integrity of US data • Manages representation from the company for any unemployment claims and EEOC issues, worker’s compensation insurance audits, etc.• Presents HR data and important activity to the Executive Team on an as needed basis• Constantly works with headquarters to ensure compliance within our policies, handbooks and procedures • Collaborates with Cintra US to ensure payroll is completed accurately and to deadline• Manage relationship with insurance brokers and provides oversight on the compliance of company enrollment, terminations of coverage and accurate invoicing.• Will partner with headquarters to ensures the accuracy of job descriptions and compensation alignment• Ensures timely and accurate corporate communications are delivered to global headquarters • In charge of managing HR budget; analyze budget and submit revisions twice a year• Performs additional duties as assigned

ACCOMPLISHMENTS *Created and implemented the first Mental Health Initiative at I-77 which included workshop on Resilience and Recognizing Burnout, World Mental Health Day at I-77.* Manager workshop on Emotional Intelligence including all supervisors and managers at site.* Created and Implemented first Employee of Month Program effective January 2023* Saw 85% Participation in Employee Culture Organizational Survey.* Wellness Initiative- Go Red for Women's Heart Health.*Creator of I-77’s first Safety Summit which has become company wide initiative.*Co-Led Implementations of UKG and Workday for our concession.
