- Managing, leading and coaching sales team and KAMs team - Supervising the media buying team (budgeting, allocating and controlling of costs including digital media efficiency)- Building and maintaing strong relationships with key partners, developing a deep understanding of the short-term and long-term business direction- Researching new business opportunities and driving innovation initiatives - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services- Creating plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s growth goals

- Creation of business proposals, presentations and media plans for clients- Negotiation of trade agreements with direct clients, media agencies and providers- Budget management as well as supervising of billing and invoicing process of clients and providers in collaboration with the accounting department- Collaboration with customers in critical business areas like promotion support, developing right assortment, pricing and promotion strategies- Working in coordination with the development and design team to execute, deliver and improve the product for the client- Monitoring on a daily basis KPI's and revenue activity to improve CR, profitability and to create a growth plan for each quarterly basis - Evaluating projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

- Advisement for international clients (interviewing , documentation management and formalization of enrollment)- Monitoring and analysis of KPI´s- Participation in educational fairs and promotional briefing in Europe and South America- Annual sales volume of 1.050.000€

- Marketing campaign management: * organization, realization and participation in promotional events * updating website * creating promotional materials * launching social media and online campaigns- Participation in business meetings
