Oversees the Business Devlopment and operations of all government and commercial contracts, - Spearheads new project startups and special projects.- Supports and enforces established safety, training and certification programs.- Develops and implements monitoring systems to ensure contracts meet established standards and profitability. - Budget development for new and existing projects. - Performs task analysis and work loading to maximize productivity and efficiency. - Oversees the quality control inspection program and directs resolution to quality control issues. - Develops a positive working partnership with customers. - Develops the use of technology to enhance service delivery and compliance of all contracts. - Has the authority to conduct disciplinary actions in accordance with established policy and procedures. - Ensures the compliance of all contracts under the law. - Monitor budgetary line items of all projects and develops corrective measures for out-of-budget items. - Drafts new job descriptions for new contracts and services.

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for operations of all government and commercial janitorial contracts in excessive of $3.5 million annually. Supervise and support 9 contacts, 6 Project Managers with operational, technical and personnel issues to include technical support for equipment repair, and maintenance. Onsite project manager in the absence of the project manager. Assist in budget development for new and existing projects. Develop productivity and performance standards and assist in performing time studies, assist in writing performance evaluations and completion of employment evaluations. Perform task analysis and work loading to maximize productivity and efficiency as well as assists in quality control inspections and spearhead resolution to quality control issues. Develop and implement monitoring systems to ensure all contracts meet customer standards and establish safety training and certification programs. Monitors budgetary line items of all projects and develop corrective measures for out of budget items. Draft new job descriptions for new contracts and services.
