During the two months that I spent at Colors in Projects, I have contributed to the planning phase and organization of a Project Management yearly conference held in Cluj, called Agile Mammoths Games.Also I have created a web-site using the "Shopify"tool that we used to sell a Project Management Board Game called "PM Galaxy".

I was a Work & Travel USA program participant for two consecutives summers (2016 & 2017) in Ocean City, Maryland. During these two summers I have worked several seasonal jobs in the food service industry but also in hospitality. My main job was serving customers in a Sea Food Restaurant called Hooper's Crab House,Working here helped me develop my communication and hospitality skills, while notably improving the level of my spoken English language.

Working with American Nursing homes located in the state of New York on a project called Cure-a-Call developed in English language.Answering calls, gathering personal information and processing activities such as shift reschedulling, call-in sick, shift changes or customer complaints.Working here helped me gain experience in communication and customer relations while also developing my English language skills.

Teaching Basketball fundamentals, coaching groups made out of more than 20 children each, with ages between 6 to 10 years old and 10 to 14 years old. This job helped me improve my social and communication skills, but also the ability to work with people and motivate the groups in order to obtain the best results. Also I consider that, even if at a small level, this job helped me develop my leadership skills.
