Adrian Arnold currently is the Associate Executive Director of the Grand Lake Family YMCA, a branch of the Tri-State Family YMCA. With over 23 years of experience in Community Health Education and Recreation, Adrian has served in various roles, including Community Liaison for Good Shepherd Hospice, Community Benefit Specialist for INTEGRIS Health System, Healthy Living Assistant Coordinator at Northeastern Tribal Health System through the Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust (TSET) Grant Program, and Academic Advisor/Instructor at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College.Adrian's early life in Sand Springs was shaped by her parents, whose careers in healthcare and education influenced her own path. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies from Oklahoma State University, where she met her husband, Jim. After several years in Tulsa, they returned to Jim's hometown of Grove.Her career began as an Exercise Specialist at Saint Francis Hospital Health Zone in Tulsa, where her passion for helping others flourished. During her time at NEO she acquired multiple certifications, including those from the American Red Cross and others in Aquatic and Fitness.While employed at Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, Adrian wore many hats, from teaching to managing the Fitness and Aquatic center. During her time at NEO, she also founded the NEO Aqua Tots swim program. Towards the end of her career at NEO she acquired a Master of Science in Health, Human Performance, and Recreation from Pittsburg State University.She feels blessed to have built lasting relationships through her work but finds her greatest joy in her family her husband Jim, and their children Trace, Borin, and Ayden as they continue to thrive in their community.
