I have a degree in Hospitality Business Management in the field of Wine and Beverage Management. Working in restaurants gives me experience in interpersonal sales and leaderships. I am a server bartender and expo as I work through school. During my time at WSU I studied abroad the summer of 2022 in Florence, Italy. I did an internship for wine management by being the Somalia for the school’s restaurant while managing the sales of wine and beverages for the restaurant. Currently I am a sales representative for Breakthru Beverage Group in the QV division. I oversee 11 retail stores, coordinating orders and deliveries with multiple customers. I communicate directly with buyers, receivers and consumers daily. I sell 50+ different wines and spirits to stores across west Phoenix. Through my job experience I gained skills like leadership, team management, interpersonal sales and communication. Using these job experiences I can apply my knowledge to all types of environments and employers.
