As an Audit Associate Manager, my involvement was extended to the following areas:- Presentation of main audit findings to client representatives and discussion over main issues identified- Project management: leading fieldwork of audit teams for a portfolio of clients- Planning of Audit engagements- Monitoring the status of the audit and ensuring reporting deadlines are met- Providing coaching and advice for junior team members

The main responsibilities were:- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers- Provide guidance and assist sellers or/and buyers in purchasing property forthe right price under the best terms- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirementsand related matters.- Create and manage the clients database- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advisingthem on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.- Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs andfinancial resources.- Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreementsetc.- Search for new properties on the market- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value- Maintain and update listings of available properties- Searching and identifying new constructions in order to establish goodrelations with real estate developers.
