I have worked in the marine industry for 19+ years. I have worked all inland waterways, the gulf of Mexico, the Bering sea in Alaska from the Arctic circle to the end of the Andalusian island chain, and most recently the east coast and New York harbor. I have firefighting 1,2,&3 from Delgado cc, recert from San jacinto maritime college, 2 years first responder and fire fighter, and a associates in business administration and management. I have experience with everything from tier 4 new builds, to older boats. I am well versed with most equipment I come across. I have run engineer’s positions and lead man on most of the vessels I have worked on. I have worked with most tank barge equipment. Such as sparging systems, hydraulic stripping systems, capstans, and anchors. I am skilled, knowledgeable, motivated, and a safety oriented leader in my profession.
