Perform dimension calculation for different equipment (heat exchangers, pumps, vessels, pipes – DN calculations, class selection, etc), prepare process specification for equipment (equipment process data sheet), drawings (P&ID, PFD, UFD), specific process lists (equipment list, line list, fluid list, etc). Different engineering calculation.Material balances preparation. Use HYSYS for process simulation and equipment sizing. Involved in upstream engineering project - pumps data sheet preparation, specification for gas compressor, different reports. Respect the project deadlines. Give technical support to the project manager so that all the clients request are met. Prepare all necessary process documentation to be sent to the client and/or authorities. Respect all environment requests in all project steps. Give support to the marketing department for bid preparation.
