Kansanshi Copper MineReviewed and overhauled all mining practices and initiated procedures for the newly opened Kansanshi mine. Provided position descriptions for all members of the mine geology team 4 geologists, 45 pit technicians and field assistants.All grade control procedures and ore extraction using up to six excavators and 20 trucks from the two open pits. Conducted a significant review of the onsite assay laboratory and co-authored a recommendation to management for a significant upgrade of on-site capacity and infrastructure.
