GMP/non GMP experienced Scientist working from early to late stage in the development of solid oral dosage form drug products. Experienced and skilled in formulation development as well as in process development/scale-up activities.I attended several product transfers either as a donor or receiver site (Europe and overseas) enjoying very much international collaborations.In the last 8 years I was strongly involved in building in-house continuous manufacturing capabilities for drug product. Now member of a formulation research and development group, which is specialized in developing drugs for pediatric and geriatric populations. The main focus area of my work in the last 5 years was to build a minitablet manufacturing process as a platform technology.During the 18 years at Roche I also collected managerial responsibilities, either as a trainer in apprenticeship training or as a group leader. My strongest personal competencies are reliability, to deliver on time and high sense of responsibility. I enjoy both working in a team as well to work sole on a project.
