MRG provides critical software infrastructure for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault mandatory and forensic reporting requirements. We provide collaborative tools and integrated workflows that allow healthcare providers, law enforcement, district attorneys, and social services to more effectively respond to incidents and coordinate survivor care.

Exploring how emerging technologies can be leveraged for specific applications across verticals. We work with technologist, subject matter experts, and partners to develop viable solutions that address critical needs. I oversee a portfolio of project initiatives that use lean methods to research, characterize, build, and test how each solution to determine how it may be applied independently or in conjunction with interventions to produce lasting impact.

Focus areas include basic prototype design, DFMEA, user-centred design, contextual propriety, and R&D strategy.

Managing field-testing of novel technologies though the STeP Program. Roles include a broad range of technical and managerial aspects of field-testing with a primary emphasis on: program management, engineering/prototype design, monitoring & evaluation, local capacity building, managing partner relations with high-level stakeholders/government officials, and developing comprehensive evaluation methodologies using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

Managing the installation and field testing of technologies developed though the Sanitation Technology Platform (STeP) -a partnership program between the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and RTI International. Evaluation process includes rigorous assessment of a technology's technical performance, user acceptance testing, and market analysis to determine its ultimate viability for large-scale use in low-income communities throughout the world.

Supporting the design and implementation of a disease surveillance program to better asses the incidence of mild, moderate and severe infectious diarrhoeal disease, in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Multidisciplinary project covering impact assessment, anthropological studies, microbiological analysis, epidemiological modelling, eventually combining the qualitative and quantitative data to better characterise risk factors and quantify the burden of diarrhoeal disease in the community.

Research position developing an innovative low-cost automatic chlorination technology for application as a water and sanitation intervention at community water points in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Primary responsibilities include technology development, prototyping, and field testing.
