A Software team lead who worked in the air navigational systems services software industry. Adrian spent 14 years developing and leading software teams which created mission critical flight data systems. An excellent software developer with years of leadership experience, he worked in every facet of the software development lifecycle, from writing code and project management to lifecycle support. In 2012, Adrian wrote the software engineering management process adopted by his department. He also has worked in the classroom to teach air traffic controllers and technical staff how to use and maintain air traffic control systems.Adrian also would work with the external customers, serving on the sales teams, providing software integration and installation services with the customers, and managing customer problems are they arrose by providing timely solutions.Although Adrian currently teaches at a university, he continues to develop and release software as an independent software engineer. Some of his recent software includes an online medical database used by NGOs and classroom management software. He has continued to volunteer with a charity providing medical care for orphans, over the past 14 years, providing technical solutions to help deliver an elevated level of care to some of the most vulnerable and sick children in need.
