Take action to correct errors found through the causative research program. Prepare reports reflecting findings and corrective actions. Review adjustments to records for accuracy and completeness. Review accuracy of catalog change posting. Review physical inventory programs at assigned depots. Assist in the development of plans to control inventory. Perform special studies relating to receipt, issue, storage, and control of stocks. Assist lower graded personnel.

Supply Technician for the U.S. Army Cadet Command Senior ROTC schools and JROTC schools. Identifies, initiates, plans and executes the supply program. Responsible for many line items in various commodity classes. Ensures the protection and integrity of the accounts and accountable records. Maintain, at the Brigade Level the property book and supply records on a formal supply accounting basis. Coordinate activities for thirty eight universities to ensure flow of information is disseminated to the lowest level. Initiates and processes requisitions, purchase requests, Financial Liability Investigations of Lost Property, cash collection vouchers, statement of charges, inventory adjustments reports equipment status reports, acquisition reports, and material readiness. Maintains property accountability, which includes physical inventories and resolving inventory discrepancies. Prepares procedural guides and directives for use by the battalions. Verify requests for locally procured items. Fleet Manager Representative for Brigade Vehicles consisting of fourteen vehicles. Performs supervisory and management duties, analyzing statistical data and reports to ascertain trends conformance to standard and directives, and efficiency of operation. Conducts inspections and assistance visits to subordinate elements. Develops and executes training programs. Contributes to staff development and operations of supply support data systems, equipment review, salvage and repair parts supply procedures. Performs liaison between staff and supported personnel to improve effectiveness of support activities. Identifies and advises the Professor of Military Science and ROTC instructors on supply problems, and provides direct assistance and detailed information to resolve problems. Implements changes to regulations, TOE/TDA and CTA affecting ROTC supply. Maintains oversight for battalions supply/equipment budget and projected expenditures to ensure budget is not exceeded.

● Theater Transportation Coordinator responsible for all employee movement from the United States into Kuwait and from Kuwait to their assigned duty station throughout Iraq.● Developed a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure which outlined the coordination procedure and the movement of 560 Bilingual Bicultural Advisors and 50 staff personnel, preventing a single point of failure in my absence.● Trained one travel specialist, six deputy program managers, and one program lead on movement procedures during my tenure in order to ensure quality control measures where in place so critical assets were moved in support of US Armed Service Commanders in a timely manner.● Worked 70 hours a week updating travel logs, moving personnel to different airfields, while providing senior level management and staff with daily spreadsheets tracking all movement, changes, and unresolved issues.

● Served as Manager in a Central Issue Facility (CIF) for the Iraqi Army in the Iraqi theater of operation in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom consisting of $25 million in property. Facilitated changes in the mission by providing senior management with budget estimates and initiated supply actions on the basis of an approved forecast of needs.● Perform daily logistic duties including but not limited to requisitioning, document control, standard stock function, non-expendable property function, equipment reconciliation function, inventory management, and supply management activities. ● Directly responsible for all major inventory management functions such as physical counts, inventory reconciliation, tracking and reporting results, and trends analysis which were reported to the Facility Director of Operations.
