About Adrian Biggs

Adrian is an experienced project/ programme manager with strong business change and business analysis skills. He has gained exposure in various markets, but has particular experience within Financial Services (General / Life) ,working across all of the major functional areas. Adrian has been responsible for numerous projects focussed on business change, the larger projects have included the set up and development of an offshore captive centre in India (550 seats), the migration of a 240 seat fault management call centre from one third party provider to another in the UK, he has also worked on A Part VII transfer. Adrian has an MBA and is also a Prince 2 and MSP practitioner and has the ITIL V3 foundation qualification. He has also recently passed the BCS Certificate in Consultancy Practice.
