- Responsible for organizing, developing, and managing Global OEM and bicycle brands including customer relations, product communication, product management/development, and international marketing strategy. - Successful business growth evidenced in consistently attaining financial targets.- From Taiwan HQ, coordinate product communication and sales efforts between all global offices, assembly factories and bicycle brands.- Increased synergy among all factories located in Taiwan, China and Vietnam.- Work directly with bicycle sourcing, supply chain, brand managers and product teams.- Model year strategy and progress reports. - Report directly to Chairman and CEO.- Involved in R&D for product testing and new product strategy.- Business trips to all areas and extensive show/expo participation.
