My time with Social Bees Media has given me the chance to work with international clients from a variety of industries, from businesses selling premium carpets in Dubai to businesses organising team buildings and private events on a yacht in Sydney, Australia. During this time I've been working with most of the major social media platforms helping over 30 clients build/increase their awareness and business results via social media. I manage everything social from creating or co-creating a social strategy to coming up with content, posting and analysis. To get a better idea of what I do I listed some of the most important aspects of my work: • Content ideation and creation • Creating copy and visuals • Publishing/scheduling posts based on a pre-determined calendar using automation tools such as Hootsuite, Onlypult, Buffer • Social analysis of content and reporting • Creating and optimising social media pages • Research: competitors, keywords/hashtags • Influencer marketing: research and outreachI have also created and ran Facebook ads campaigns mostly focused on page interaction, audience growth and driving traffic to clients' sites.

Although the time I spent at socialook was quite short, it was not without significance. Besides the chance to be part of a startup, I learned what "employee advocacy" means and how it can be used as a marketing tool and vector for improving a company's organizational culture.My work at socialook was divided into two main tasks: • entering and verifying the data collected by the socialook software, data necessary for creating the analysis reports offered by the company as part of their services. • online marketing assistance I was also involved in the content production process for the company's blog, starting from proposing ideas for topics, headlines to formatting articles, distributing them via social media and measuring results.I have contributed to the process of setting business objectives, as well as establishing key indicators and creating a content strategy.

The time I spent at Anvico was brief, however, not without results. My main job was to support through social media campaigns the launch and promotion of an app developed by the company. What I did:• I have created social media campaigns to promote the company's products and services• Social media management: ○ I created content and managed the company's social media pages, mainly Facebook ○ I created and ran Facebook ads campaigns• I contributed to influencer marketing campaigns, respectively I contacted and maintained relationships with bloggers/webmasters for promotional collaborations• Social and web analysis: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Flurry Analytics• I contributed to the preparation of advertising materialsWhat I have achieved:• I have grown the app's Facebook page, the main way of promoting it, from approx. 200-300 followers to 2000+• The Facebook ads campaigns that I ran have resulted in hundreds of app downloads from the Play Store and App store
