Adrian has 13 years experience in the Mechanical & Electrical industry, having started his career as an Apprentice working for Southern Electric Contracting; he soon realised he wanted to take his career further and move into engineering, so he took the opportunity to join Crown House Technologies when it came along in 2007.Adrian has worked on a variety of health and education projects during his time with Crown House Technologies. He has worked on the numerous types of contracts including both the ProCure21 and the Design for Life frameworks.Adrian has been involved in projects from conception through to handover and has a wealth of experience working closely with clients to establish cost certainty whilst also finding the design solution to meet their budget whilst maintaining the energy performance requirements for a project.Committed and self-motivated, Adrian is a results-driven Project Manager whose expertise covers design and build, commercial, health, education and residential.
