I am experienced in advising Boards and Executive Committees (Excos) on procurement operating models and complex/strategic supply-base changes. This includes me leading transformation initiatives such as M&A synergy delivery, enterprise cost efficiency programmes, alongside designing and implementing ESG and supplier risk frameworks.Working across industry, consulting and alongside start-ups/scale-ups, has given me a unique approach and a great flexibility to ensure solutions fit the environments for which they are intended.A key aspect of my career has been investing time in building a strong global network, developing passionate teams that are keen to learn and an understanding of new technologies.
