• Responsible for £20m yearly procurement across various supply chains including China, Turkey, Europe and UK• Monitoring and Managing all P2P activities from initial sourcing through to invoice issue resolution• Responsible for the supply and stock holding of 4500 SKUs of Off Shelf finished goods as well as raw materials for manufacturing; running various supply chain models to ensure minimal stock outages whilst also ensuring group stock holding level remains below £10 million• Designing, implementing and maintaining the Supplier Performance Management System• Initiating Supply Chain Agreement contracts and SLA implementation• Running to a Just In Time model with some Kanban in place with overall stock control for group• Ensuring On Time In Full adherence from all suppliers as well as promoting Right First Time methodology• End of Month fiscal, stock, strategic, cost saving, VaVe and issue reporting as well as monthly executive board pack submissions and attendance• Managing team of 4 buyers and 2 planners and overseeing work delegation and weekly reporting and managing staff development and welfare

• Far East Forecasting Far East Forecasting and monthly order schedule (Avg £850k p/month)• Maintaining key supplier responsibility for high value orders and supplier relationships (£100k+)

• Purchase ordering, via request, low stock reporting, MRP and stock monitoring• Call off orders, rolling blanket orders, ad-hoc orders and repeat stock orders• Raw material supply, assembly items, prototype components, office supplies, IT equipment, shelf stock• Purchasing, stock control, warehouse management. (EFACS 8)• Reviewing and monitoring stock levels, min/max requirements, reorder requirements, and stock turn levels.• Yearly stock checks, end of year financials and ad-hoc stock evaluations, variance reports• Request for Quotation and Tender Document issuing• Working with freight forwarders, shipping agents, couriers, Customs & Excise.• Tradeshow attendance (e.g. Naidex, KBB etc) to source new products & suppliers.• Supplier Negotiations, cost saving proposals requests, rebate allocation and pricing.• Factory and Supplier Auditing New suppliers and ongoing evaluations of existing suppliers.• MRP evaluations and lean manufacturing processing, ERP utilisation (Efacs)• Introduction of the Vendor Management System, specifically designing and implementing monthly supplier performance statistics for Board reports. Assessing Delivery, Quality, Pricing and Commercial factors to define Tiered level performance values over Top Twenty Approved, Top Twenty Business Critical and Top 15 China Suppliers.• Creating, maintaining and Issuing Supplier Quality Manual to all 55 monitored suppliers• Quarterly Supplier Review visits to discuss and assess continuing support and performance and any potential quality/delivery issues.

• End to End Product Supply Chain Management.• Purchasing, sales, stock control, warehouse management. (SAGE)• Managing 70,000sq ft bonded warehouse located in Shanghai.
