I am a senior partner in the Firm's Public Sector Group, responsible for the delivery of audit, assurance and advisory services to public sector organisations.I am an engagement partner responsible for the delivery of audit and assurance services to the National Audit Office, including the delivery of statutory audits of departments, agencies and NDPBs. I have led Moore Stephens’ support to the NAO’s Defence, Defra, Health and HM Treasury audit teams over the last four years leading the successful delivery of sub-contract audits and special reviews and also providing seconded staff to fill NAO resources gaps. My clients have included Charity Commission, Health Protection Agency, HM Prison Service, HM Passport Office, National Savings & Investments and Natural England.I lead Moore Stephens' Spend Analysis and Recovery Service, supporting public sector bodies identify and recover duplicate payments from suppliers. My clients have included Department for Education, Department for International Development, Department of Health, Heritage Lottery Fund, HM Treasury and the Scottish Government.I was a lead partner in the Moore Stephens project team which supported the Cabinet Office’s cross government review of government departments' major contracts with G4S and Serco.I was the engagement partner responsible for the indendependent review of the Home Office's (UK Visa & Immigration) Secure English Language Tests and Life in the UK Tests, commissioned by the Immigration Minister.
