• Co-ordination of activities leading to acceptance of the Typhoon major units for the Salam and Oman projects.• Liaison with partner companies and BAES final assembly team to understand forecasts and requirements respectively. Monitoring and reporting of supplier delivery is also carried out.• Liaison with the customer to ensure payment milestones are received.• Support of Aircraft Factory acceptance activities for Typhoons on the Salam project.• Support of Aircraft Ferry planning activities for Typhoons being delivered to Saudi Arabia.

• Co-ordination of schedule statuses to ensure that the F35 Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) was kept topical.• Incorporated change management, governance, schedule analysis/reporting..• Submitted the IMS to Lockheed Martin on a monthly basis along with a management summary pack.• Created new schedules and ran schedule risk analysis on bids.

• Analysed the performance of the F35 Assembly facility for each product using earned value.• Provided reports to internal and external key stakeholders around schedule performance, cost and utilisation.• Involved in integrated business plan creation, resource planning, scheduling, risk and opportunity, and business continuity management. • Manipulation of learning curves using monthly actuals for bid purposes.• Population and management of the resource planning system input for the Assembly facility.• Co-ordination of monthly operations review with the Production Director.

A range of placements carrying out various business support tasks in BAE Systems following A-Level studies. The placements were in manufacturing areas. I had a placement in Munich working for MTU Aeroengines for a short spell. I also had the opportunity of designing an escape device for Sue Ryder Care and representing BAE SYSTEMS at the British Council’s 75th Anniversary function in London where I had the chance to meet the Prince of Wales.
