Organisation Development encompasses the disciplines of organizational effectiveness (including organization and process design), agility, culture, and engagement. This requires evolving a pragmatic and coherent set of organisation development and change management processes and core franchise products; being assigned to work on significant and strategic partnership wide change efforts; being the pivot point for best practice and knowledge sharing; and building a network of capable practitioners.
