Oversee all record label functions, including recording, marketing, distribution, PR, touring, artist development, radio promotion, etc. Collaborate with label departments to help create and execute release development plans and strategies. Manage release plan and process, ensuring that all assets and other relevant materials/items are managed and delivered on time.Liaise with all internal label departments (from finance and marketing to legal and management) to ensure labels' business needs are met, as the primary point of contact externally to the label and internally representing your labels' interests

Managing departments, developing marketing strategies, scheduling, and completing design and production requirements. Developing presentation approaches, coordinating creative activities. Maintaining contact with clients and improving marketing plans. Monitoring production schedules and providing work direction to staff.

Keep in touch with labels like Universal Music Group, Warner Music, and Warner Music Group and pitch their releases to over 100 youtube channels.

Implement cross-training of employees and Assistant Managers, supervise, train and assist employees, organizing promotions, managing all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.

Identify prospective customers, team leading, and contact new and existing customers to discuss needs. Negotiating prices and terms, prepare sales agreements.

Negotiating contracts, developing careers strategies, enforcing terms of a contract.

Coordinate the production, marketing, distribution, and any other third-party teams’ activities in relation to a label release for all releases across Access Records. Liaise with 3rd party promotions teams in order to compile regular artist updates to our partners.
