Production Manager
Current-Manage, oversee, and direct all manufacturing processes -Ensure all manufacturing processes create a consistent product that meets all customer required specifications-Tasked with creating samples for new lots of textile products -Ensure operations staff completes all daily tasks -Responsible for all overtime scheduling -Oversee and participate in quality control inspection of all produced products-Ensure all employees follow proper safety procedures and cleaning schedules to ensure a safe, clean, and hazard free working environment-Responsible for setup, calibration, maintenance, and testing of machinery-Manage and oversee all operations staff-Responsible for training new operations hires-Assist in scheduling of production orders-Coordinate flow of material between multiple warehouse locations-Assist in production planning to maintain on time delivery to customers -Responsible for recording and disposal of all NCR material
