This includes small business disputes, broker-dealer litigation, complex commercial litigation, construction disputes, securities and banking issues, real estate litigation, cannabis industry disputes, and labor and employment. I have litigated before state and federal courts in numerous US states.As Corporate Counsel for Summit Utilities, I was responsible for advising the executive group, managing corporate affairs, assisting in contract drafting, managing company litigation, and the pre-litigation resolution of disputes. Prior to joining Fairfield and Woods, I worked in the New York office of White & Case, where I represented and counseled clients on litigation and bankruptcy matters, including violations of federal security statutes, breach of contract, fraud, antitrust violations, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and violations of state and federal RICO statutes. Lastly, I am committed to volunteer and pro bono work, having acted as pro bono counsel for immigrant children abandoned in the United States and for battered women seeking various forms of legal redress. , I continues to provide pro bono counsel to a number of local non-profits, and work as a volunteer firefighter for my community.
