Responsible for the production and maintenance of all reporting under the Franchise Department for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Brands.Successfully implemented an improved sales submission process in which had noticeably reduced the lead time for Store Managers.Organised and coordinated the budgeting process across all countries for both brands whilst providing support to Franchise Managers of all regions in preparation to the new Fiscal Year.Regularly improved the efficiency of various reports using Oracle BI and Microsoft Excel.

Main responsibility includes providing accurate monthly forecasts and maintaining sales for Rest of Wholesale (EEMEA) and Northern Europe across Calvin Klein Underwear and Swimwear. Collaborating closely with Country Managers and Senior Management by providing detailed analysis, improving processes and identifying opportunities.Involved in the range set up during new season buys in Men's Underwear. Offering and managing projections for all wholesale countries as well as retail and concessions.

Responsible for providing support to merchandiser in the day to day running of the merchandise function to meet the global strategy, manage stock in the most profitable way. Manages two Merchandise Assistants. Overseeing fulfilment for six departments of approximately £1m orders per month. Established excellent relationships with all franchise partners across Europe, Asia Pacific, South America and U.A.E, by providing full, accurate and timely information when required.

Responsible for fulfilling monthly orders of approx. £600k for all Franchise partners of 1005 stores across 51 countries for Feeding, Babycare & Bedding dept. Previously worked in Bathroom, Nursery and Toys department.Selected regularly by Merchandiser to be a “buddy” for new starters. Duties include helping new starters to settle into the business and provide day to day training.
