Creating and developing national distribution chain for the products we import in sanitary and plumbing fields. Permanent contact with foreign suppliers for comercial disscutions, orders and deliveries. Now I manage 12 agents located in different areas in Romania; as deparment we have more than 600 clients from DIY stores to traditional market and private investitions.

Improving and developing the relations with clients in automotive and hard-industry from 5 counties: Brasov, Covasna, Harghita, Mures and Sibiu.

As agent I took care about 50 clients from Brasov and Fagaras area: orders, colecting money, improving of marketing and merchendise strategies.As Sales Manager I took care about 6 agents in order to serve and develope our network in Brasov county. I also participate at comercial policy in the company, make proposals for marketing department to increase sales and contact with suppliers for comercial problems and orders.
