I am a Programme and Project Director who has been involved in a broad range of projects in both the Public and Private Sectors.Prior to qualifying as a project manager I trained as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and acted as such on a variety of projects including Prisons, Military Establishments, Student Accommodation, Educational buildings, Football Stadium and Urban Regeneration schemes.Since qualifying as a Project Manager in the mid ‘90’s I’ve focused on managing teams to deliver significant programmes of work globally. My Programme Management work has focused on the delivery of large scale programmes of work in education, residential and corporate real estate. For the last few years I’ve focused on the management of the delivery of production facilities and office relocations for a major multi-national client in various locations around EMEA including Romania, Czech Republic, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, Slovakia, the Middle East & Russia. Currently Programme Director for a major financial institution.
