With over 20 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work in different fields such as telecommunications, banks, and IT. I have been part of various collectives belonging to different cultures, all united by the same desire to progress both professionally and humanly (a fact for which I am grateful).During the period when I worked in telecommunications, I coordinated the activity of the West Zone of Bucharest, being responsible for the introduction, development, and management of cable TV services, managing, in only three years, double the number of subscribers and reducing the time by 40% of intervention on request.In the banking field, I was part of a small and dynamic team that dealt with solving the problems of small and medium-sized companies, successfully extending their credit lines, capitalizing, and especially reducing the debts of over a quarter of them.Once I entered IT, I worked for 4 years as a Business Intelligence Consultant and then as a Strategy Consultant. Starting with 2019 I have successfully managed the activity of the Romanian office, resulting in a 35% increase in staff and a 45% increase in operational efficiency.
