I've always been someone who works on helping people and seeks improvement in any way. Meeting new people and being open to their experiences and ideas, creates self-reflection and strong connectionsI am using my time efficiently as a full-time student. I hold a mentorship and leadership position in an organization that helps students transition from high school to college while finding possible opportunities. In my career path, I want to continue to build on my leadership and strategic planning to take on any challenges.Graduating in a year, I plan on looking forward to being part of an organization in a management role where I can use my skills, experiences, and personal ideas to meet the organization's needs.
