It was a large and highly complex project, involving multi-site IT and network deliveries, including the creation of new Cisco-based high bandwidth core IT network.- Managed the implementation and contributed to the architecture/design of a major Enterprise Integration infrastructure project (re-architecture, consolidation and migration). The aplication suite was re-designed, new infrastructure solution got delivered, and the relevant services were migrated to the new infrastructure, in a different datacentre.- successfully managed the Tech Refresh of the T-Mobile provisioning IT solution (located in two datacentres), through a very good collaboration between the operational teams, the software solution provider, the IT services provider and various business units.
