Managing 2 seperate travel agency branches during this time.Duties included management of sales staff, ensuring sales targets are achieved and training new team members.Both stores had travel and foreign currency offered and my role was to manage these 2 business streams effectively ensuring all operate profitably and effectively , making sure they could pass regular audits by ensuring all best practice is upheld.During this time I trained and helped to develop 2 sales agents who subsequently became branch managers in their own stores.
