Promoted up to Civil Engineering Manager and directed both permanent and contract talent pools on large-scale civil rail projects, acted in a dual role as Contractors Responsible Engineer (CRE), led civil engineering and CRE for Paisley Corridor Improvement (PCI) and Northwest Electrification Phase 1.
