I am the Contracts Co-ordinator. I am responsible for the procurement, delivery and resolution of queries and problems regarding items for the Education Centre, Clinical Skills department, Resuscitation Training Team and Learning Support department. I monitor and process all three departments travel and timesheets claims. I process, log and report monthly the Education Centre and Clinical Skills departmental credit cards. I financially administrate, monitor, process, report and assist with problems for eight of the Life Skills courses ran by Clinical Skills and the Resus Training Team. I also provide financial services to the Sim Patient service, including Direct Line Manager to the Financial Assistant. Ordering, receiving, delivering and maintaining levels of stationary items for all departments. Issuing, maintaining stock and accounting for Parking Tickets. Act as departmental Fire Rep incorporating design and delivery of training, induction training and fire appliances monthly inspections. Department First Aid at Work representative. Currently additionally processing, reporting and problem resolving for Junior Doctors Study Leave applications and claims. Also training a temporary replacement in the Study Leave process. Processing and providing excellent customer relations regarding Travel Warrant request applications.

Gained operational experience in Northern Ireland with the Londonderry based Bomb Disposal Team.Deployed as a part of 42 Commando Royal Marines on two Amphibious Ready Group ship borne deployments acting as Vehicle Deck Officer where upon I gained operational experience in Sierra Leone as part of the Security Forces based at LungiI was responsible and personally commanded all Brigade convoys and led all security assets, including air support, for convoys from Bagram to Kabul, in Afghanistan. Reacting to and coordinating any actions on contacts from enemy activity with a troop of Royal Marine Commandos.Conducted reconnaissance and formulated tactical logistic plan for resupply to 29 Commando Royal Artillery during the artillery bombardment prior to and during the 3 Commando Brigade assault on the AL-Faw peninsula at the start of Operation Telic.Successfully deployed 539 Assault Boat Squadron into Basra in order to facilitate the coordinated assault on Basra Palace. Additionally maintained safe extraction point whilst under constant threat from land and seaborne hostilities during Operation Telic.Conducted unit reconnaissance and a further two deployments to the port of Umm Qasr in Iraq and acted as unit security liaison on both surge deployments with 17 Port and Maritime Regiment.Deputised for the Senior Line Manager during periods of absence in peacetime and during many arduous operational and non-operational deployments.
