I am responsible for both the strategy and execution of comprehensive digital, print, and social media marketing plans designed to elevate the visibility of the Sarah Hackett Team’s brand and individual property listings. Collaborating closely with external suppliers—such as videographers and photographers—and internal teams, I ensure all marketing collateral is delivered to the highest standards and on time.I develop innovative content strategies informed by market trends and platform performance to drive engagement and enhance brand presence. Working with the Place Corporate PR team, I promote properties and manage communications across digital and print channels, including market updates, new listings, just sold properties, and settlement announcements.In addition, I lead email marketing (EDMs) campaigns to engage priority groups such as sellers, past clients, and high-value properties. I also manage and grow the team’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, leveraging both organic strategies and paid advertising to boost engagement, expand brand reach, and effectively target audiences. I analyze performance metrics, optimizing content for better results, and nurture client relationships to ensure alignment with the team’s goals and Place values.

As a content creator, I have developed a recognisable aesthetic specialising in sneaker and apparel photography. I have collaborated with various brands and stores, such as New Balance, Hype DC, Rebel Sport, ASICS, and Nomad, among others. My work for New Balance and Rebel Sport has been featured on their websites, social media, and EDM, as well as in their point-of-sale displays. Each brand relationship requires me to understand the brand's DNA and their consumers to produce imagery that connects with people while maintaining alignment with style guidelines to achieve desired campaign goals.

As the Communications Director, I lead a team of six creatives responsible for all digital and print communication for our eight campus locations, tertiary college, and three schools. My role is to oversee the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, provide leadership and management to staff, manage budgets, and ensure our branding aligns with the vision and strategy of ECC.

Elim Christian Centre consists of seven physical church locations and an online location. I am responsible for the leadership and growth of the Online Campus, which includes providing pastoral care to online congregation members, developing leadership in key strategic areas, and working with the broadcast director to ensure an excellent online church experience. Due to the streaming from our largest physical campus, my role also includes regular public speaking.

As a member of the Pastoral team, I oversaw volunteer leaders and teams for our four Sunday services, coordinated rostering, communication, and leadership for 70+ team members each Sunday, and managed the new member pathway by presenting monthly classes on the church's culture and helping new members integrate by discovering their gifts and talents. I championed the rollout of the Google Suite at our campus location by training and assisting staff with using Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Drive, and Meet. Additionally, I oversaw property and IT tickets and worked with the respective teams to resolve local issues.
