Supporting and providing effective solutions for laboratories and offices including design, space planning, construction, laboratory furniture, fumehoods, biosafety cabinets and interior design.Having been involved in laboratory design and fit-out works for over 12 years, I work with clients to provide them effective solutions based on their requirements, lab functionality & budgets.I have been involved in the design and setup of biocontainment (BSL), diagnostics & molecular (Pathology, PCR), educational laboratories, cleanrooms (GMP/GLP) and animal facilities that include layout planning, architecture, mechanical, electrical, interior fitout & scientific equipment works.Working with qualified consultants and experienced contractors, I support the clients in establishing and setting up a laboratory that meets their requirements and function while maintaining the safety and comfort that allows them to carry out their scientific research, development and diagnostics efficiently and effectively.

As the manager, I am responsible for the overall management of the company and report directly to the directors. My role includes managing a team of designers, planners, project managers, engineers and operations personal to ensure that deliverables and company objectives are met with the available resources. This role also includes charting the direction and plans of the company based on the goals set by the owners and directors. Financial account stability is also part of my day to day responsibility, including managing the cashflow of the company. Working with my team, I support them by meeting business partners and clients with the goal of expanding and developing the business. Overall, my task would be to bring together the different teams in the company to ensure a successful year to year profitability of the company. As the business development manager, I am responsible for the expansion & development of the business by providing quality, practical & safe laboratory solutions throughout southeast asia through application specific laboratory designs, lab furniture, fumehoods and lab support accesories From the experience gained through the many projects that I have participated and managed, I provide consultancy & design services of laboratories that meet international standards while achieving the requirements of the project stake-holder and owners throughout Southeast Asia. To professional networks, I work together with architects, scientist, project developers and authorities to ensure the setup of a facility is ideal, safe and meets the requirements of laboratory standards. I also educate lab users on laboratory practices through seminars, training and exhibitions. In developing & expanding the business, I market the companies products to the region including lab turnkey projects, SEFA complient lab furntiture and fumehoods.My role also is to support partner companies in developing business strategies and markets in the Southeast Asian region. And lastly to monitor regional business performance and ensure that financial targets are in line with company plans and strategies.
