I am responsible for maintaining the company's infrastructure and leading various projects. I accomplished the following:• Collaborated with my manager to develop the first Pick Up and Delivery program for the GSM Industry in Romania.• Tested and implemented the task manager ASANA for my department and colleagues, streamlining our workflow and increasing productivity.• Served as a team leader, teaching new employees how to repair smartphones and overseeing the team's work.• Conducted repairs on smartphones, including unlocking network smartphones, troubleshooting apps and operating systems, and maintaining printers and computers throughout the company.• Maintained the internal network, ensuring its proper functioning and making any necessary updates or changes.Through these tasks, I was able to develop a wide range of technical skills, collaborate effectively with my colleagues, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's software department.
